Hotel Review: Four Points by Sheraton on Sanya Bay, China

Back in October I had chance to stay in high class hotel for the very first time. That was Four Points by Sheraton hotel situated on Sanya Bay, on Hainan Island. For those who don’t know, Hainan Island is part of China, very south west of it.

This hotel is very centrally located on Sanya Bay and you have to cross just one road to get to the beach. Hotel itself is in shape of a sail and offers you amazing views from it’s balconies. I was fortunate enough to have room quiet high so views of Phoenix Island and sunsets were just mesmerising. My favourite time to spend on balcony was evening when the light show started on Phoenix Island.

Rooms were large, with nice furniture and bathroom. Bathtub was divided from the sleeping area just by a glass wall so that was pretty interesting. Bed was big and comfy and you have plenty space to store your clothes and other items.

Breakfast is served on 29th floor, top floor and you can enjoy it out on the balcony with breathtaking views. You have a big selection, that changes a bit every day. I just loved all the tropical fruits, freshly squeezed juices and sushi. That was my typical breakfast at this hotel.

One night we had buffet dinner, which offered everything from Italian food, to seafood and different types of meat, accompanied with noodles of your creation. And to finish you had big dessert/fruit section. And to make evening even better, there was live music. Great evening indeed!
